Walter Dykes
President
Employee Biography
With 17 years of experience with the Maxwell Company and extensive sales experience prior to that, Walter has a unique insight into the marketing of new product lines inside our sales territory, and has consistently show an ability to grow existing business on both new and old lines that we represent. He has done this with his extensive knowledge of all Showrooms, Wholesalers, Distributors, Dealers, and Door and Millwork shops within our territory. Walter is responsible for overseeing and managing all of the sales force and personally calls on almost every customer specifically those in Arkansas, Western Tennessee, and Mississippi.


Eric Dykes
Vice President
Employee Biography
With 15 years of experience with the Maxwell Company, Eric is responsible for calling on customers in Dallas area, West Texas, and Oklahoma and is involved in the day-to-day operations of the Maxwell Company. He uses his knowledge of trends in the industry to forecast and order all new product for JVJ Hardware. Eric believes that the best way to grow business is to be honest, dependable, competent, likable, and provide the intent that the customer genuinely believes you are interested in a partnership with them.


Judy Dykes
Vice President
Employee Biography
With 13 years of experience with the Maxwell Company, Judy is the Office Manager and oversees the office staff and is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and commissions. Judy is also involved in the day-to-day running of the Maxwell Company.


Gary Dykes
Southeastern Sales Manager
Employee Biography
With 24 years of experience with the Maxwell Company, all of Gary’s customers find him extremely likable and very knowledgeable regarding our product lines. He covers Houston, East Texas, and Louisiana, and uses all of his years of experience to blanket that area in a professional manner.


Patti Benton
Southwestern Sales Manager
Employee Biography
With 11 years of experience with the Maxwell Company, Patti is always knowledgeable and helpful to her customers. She is very aggressive and believes that her customers are the most important people in her life, aside from her family. In her view, they are only temporarily customers; soon they become friends who just happen to be customers.


Mindy Benton
Office Staff
Employee Biography
With 8 years of experience with the Maxwell Company, Mindy is our main customer service contact. She is always knowledgeable and happy to assist our customers in any way that she can. She is responsible for inventory control of all manufacturers that consign merchandise into our warehouse, and helps with other general office duties.


Christa Davis
Office Staff
Employee Biography
Christa joined Maxwell in 2004, and is responsible for accounts receivable, accounts payable; and does all ordering and receiving for JVJ Hardware. She also compiles all back order lists, assists with customer service, and other related office duties.


Becky Henderson

Becky joined Maxwell in 2002 and her primary responsibility is to input all orders into the computer for invoicing and shipment. She also assists in customer service and general office duties.


Rebecca Shepherd

Employee Biography
Rebecca joined Maxwell in 2005 and her primary responsibility as receptionist is to assist customers when can, or she will connect you to the person that can help.


Ramiro Carrillo
Warehouse Manager
Employee Biography
With 13 years of experience with the Maxwell Company, Ramiro’s primary responsibility is to manage the five warehouse employees and ensure that all orders are pulled, packed, and shipped properly. He also works with Mindy when it is time to reorder consignment merchandise for the warehouse.


Richard McCormies

Richard has been with the Maxwell Company since 2003, his primary responsibility is to ship all orders and check orders when needed.


James Hayes

James has been with us since 2003, his primary responsibility is to build all JVJ Hardware display boards; he also will assist in pulling orders.
